1. Scope
This Policy covers:
- User uploads: JPEG photos you submit on /create.
- Generated video: 10-second clips produced by our video model.
- System prompts: Fixed, memorial-themed scene descriptions (users do not enter free-form text prompts).
2. Underlying AI model (disclosure)
Memorial videos are generated exclusively with:
| Field | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Provider | Alibaba Cloud DashScope |
| Model | Wan 2.6 I2V Flash |
| API model ID | wan2.6-i2v-flash |
| Output | ~10s, 720p, silent image-to-video |
We do not offer other video models (e.g. Kling, Veo, Seedance, Runway) on this product today. If we add models in the future, we will update this page and the create flow before they go live.
Output is AI-generated. It is a stylized tribute, not a factual recording of your pet.
3. Six prohibited content categories
You must not use the Service to create, request, upload material for, or share output that falls into these categories:
- Pornography / NSFW — Sexual or sexually explicit content, nudity intended to arouse, or fetish material (including involving animals in a sexual context).
- Violence / gore — Graphic violence, torture, mutilation, or shock/gore unrelated to respectful memorial context.
- Hate speech — Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — Any sexual content involving minors, or material that sexualizes or endangers children. Zero tolerance.
- Deepfakes / impersonation — Synthetic media depicting real people (face swap, nudification, fake statements or actions), with or without consent. This product is for pets only; do not upload human photos to mimic real individuals.
- Copyright / trademark infringement — Uploads or output that violate copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights you do not hold.
3.1 Zero-tolerance violations
We act immediately on confirmed:
- CSAM or sexual content involving minors (and report to authorities where required).
- Terrorism, extremism, or incitement to mass violence.
- Non-consensual deepfakes of real people.
- Uploads clearly intended to bypass safety controls ("jailbreak" images or adversarial files).
3.2 Pet photo uploads
You may only upload photos you own or have permission to use, of your pet (or a pet you are authorized to memorialize). Do not upload images of people as a substitute for prohibited deepfake use.
4. Content moderation
We use a multi-layer approach:
4.1 Automated (real-time)
- Fixed prompts only — Users pick a memorial scene; we do not accept custom user prompts, reducing misuse.
- Negative prompts — Generation requests include safety-oriented negative prompts (e.g. nudity, gore, horror).
- Provider safety — Alibaba Cloud DashScope applies its content policies ("Green Net" / data inspection). Requests or outputs that violate provider rules are blocked; jobs may fail with a policy message.
- Technical limits — JPEG-only uploads, rate limits, and size caps on create requests.
- Payment & abuse signals — Checkout and job creation are rate-limited.
4.2 Human review
- User reports (see Section 5) are reviewed manually.
- Confirmed violations lead to removal, account action, and refunds withheld where appropriate.
- Operators complete content-safety review before account reinstatement after suspension.
4.3 Severity and response
| Level | Examples | Typical action | | --- | --- | --- | | L1 — Critical | CSAM, terrorism | Immediate ban; report to authorities | | L2 — High | Deepfakes of real people, severe hate/violence | Remove content; suspend account | | L3 — Medium | NSFW, gore, copyright complaint | Remove content; warning or suspension | | L4 — Low | Minor policy breach, spam | Warning; require correction |
